STG 91 Ltd. successfully completed a project for the implementation of a modern SCADA system and full automation of the wheat cleaning and conditioning processes in a flour mill located in Ruse, Bulgaria.
The project covered key technological stages in grain preparation prior to milling, with the main objective of increasing production efficiency, improving process control, and ensuring reliable operation and long-term performance of the equipment.
The automation scope included the integration, control, and visualization of all major machines and conveying lines within the cleaning and conditioning section.
All equipment has been integrated into a unified SCADA platform providing full real-time visualization.
Conditioning is a critical stage in ensuring optimal milling performance. The project included automated control of all three sequential conditioning phases.
The system ensures automatic process sequencing, interlocks between individual stages, and minimization of human intervention.

The new SCADA system provides:
-
Centralized visualization of the technological process
-
Real-time monitoring
-
Alarm management system with event categorization
-
Production data archiving
-
Control of manual and automatic operating modes
-
Safety protections and technological interlocks
The completed project at the flour mill in Ruse represents a significant step toward the digitalization and modernization of production processes in the grain processing industry.
With this project, STG 91 Ltd. further strengthens its expertise in the field of industrial automation.
